 Will this work in my country? Do I have to be US-based to get a remote job?

Sessions are designed specifically for your unique situation. I have supported clients from Australia, America, Canada, the Caribbean, Indonesia, Europe, and more. That being said, we create a plan that works for you, wherever you may be located.

 Will this work in my industry?

I use a framework for landing a remote job that applies across industries. Think of it like a brick layer. If you learn how to lay bricks you can build a house, a skyscraper, a wall etc. The strategy for landing a remote job is similar. Once you know the core skill, it can be applied across industries. 

 Do I need remote work experience?

No, you do not need experience working remotely. Our session is designed to show you how to showcase your skills and experience in a way that appeals to remote hiring managers, even if you've never worked remotely. I've had clients go from a vehicle technician and postal delivery to a fully remote customer service role. From teaching in the classroom to fully remote human resources/recruiting roles. During our session, I can show you how.

 What if I’ve been laid off, I'm unemployed or I have a career gap?

No problem. During the session I can share with you how to address this in an honest way that protects your privacy and still showcases your value as a quality candidate.

 What if I don’t know what kind of remote job I want? 

That's what I'm here to help you with. During our session I can share with you how to get clear on the best remote job for you based on your personal skills, experience, situation, and wants. I'll take you through the same process that has helped countless clients finally get that clarity they’ve been looking for. Whether you have no idea what kind of job you want or you have too many ideas, we'll narrow down the best fit opportunity for you.

 Are you a recruiter? Do you match me with a remote job?

I am not a recruiter and I do not match you with jobs. I teach you the skill of how to successfully land a remote job. It is then up to you to apply what we cover during the session.

 Will I have to take a salary cut to land a remote job?

The purpose of the session is to help you find a legitimate, remote career. Not just a job, but a career. This means getting paid accordingly. Asking how much you can make with a remote job is like asking, "How much you can make with a 9-5 job?" It depends on many factors. That being said, you should not expect a pay cut just because you’re remote. Remote companies recognize that working remotely is simply just a smarter way to work and do business. So although you may be super excited to go remote, it’s business as usual for them. During our session I can share with you how you can determine what salary range you can expect, based on your specific skills and experience.

 What happens once I make my payment? Will I have to prepare anything?

Once you make your payment you will recieve an email confirmation with next steps. This includes a link to book in a date/time that works best for you along with an intake form. The intake form allows me to better understand your unique situation and remote work goals so we can hit the ground running during our session. I also ask that you send me a copy of your most recent resume and a link to your LinkedIn profile (if you have it). It doesn't have to be perfect, it's really just to help me better understand your work history etc. All the details will be in your confirmation email.

Then, 24-48 hours after the session is complete, you'll recieve an email with your personalized remote career action plan. Your action plan will include specific action items and timeline based on what we discussed during our session. This way you don't have to worry about taking notes during the session. Action plans are very specific and detailed. They typically cover a 3-4 week time period, along with about 30+ action prompts. You'll know exactly what to do and when to do it.

 What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the sessions, refunds are not available. That being said, half way through our session we will do a check in to see how you're feeling, to ensure we're on track and that you're getting value from the session. You can read the full terms and conditions here.
